Orders & Payments

For questions about your order, contact Customer Service. Unfortunately, we can’t change your order once it’s been submitted.

All orders are processed through PayPal.

All orders MUST be shipped to the address on file that PayPal provides us once you place your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All Orders are shipped after confirmation of payment. Please allow at-least 2-3 business days for processing and handling time.

Shipping

We’ve implemented several policies to ensure that your order will arrive safe and sound. For example, we ship every order through FedEx and a signature is required on all the deliveries. These policies have made our online shopping experience safe, reliable and worry-free.

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely, sometimes something unexpected happens. Until someone signs for delivery, your order is insured, meaning you’ll be reimbursed if it doesn’t arrive.

Signatures are required on all orders.

All orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska require additional time to deliver, and will ship via standard delivery. These items cannot be guaranteed to a date and are not eligible for expedited or express delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. You must request a refund within 3 days of delivery of your order.

• Returned items must have absolutely NO damage to qualify for a return.

• All tags on jewelry items should NOT be removed in order to get a refund.
• We do not return sized rings.
• All Sales of Pre-Owned Merchandise, Personalized/Engraved Jewelry, Special Orders, & Custom Orders including Deposits are Final & Non-Refundable.
• We cannot be responsible for jewelry handled inappropriately outside of our services.
• A 15% Return Fee applies to ALL orders, which includes: Re-Stocking Fees, Shipping Costs, Processing & Handling, &          PayPal Merchant Fees.
• The Same return policy applies to all Gift Orders as well.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 

• Exchanged items must have absolutely NO damage to qualify for a exchange.
